Hey, I'm Gabe.

I didn't start this because I went to culinary school or because I have some deep, moving food origin story. I started it because I like eating really good food, and I like making it even more.

Most of what ends up here starts the same way — I get a craving for something (usually involving garlic bread, hot honey, or way too much sauce), I make it, and if it's good enough that I can't stop thinking about it, it ends up on this site.

I also rate my own recipes, which sounds a little unhinged, but hear me out — it keeps me honest. If something's a 9.4 instead of a 9.8, that's not me being modest, that's me telling you exactly what I'd tweak next time so you don't have to guess.
